About CodingFormatter | Privacy-First Developer Tools

CodingFormatter is a suite of free online developer utilities - formatters, validators, converters, and encoders - built for people who paste sensitive data into tools every day and deserve a better privacy default.

Every tool runs entirely in your browser with JavaScript. There is no application backend, no database of pastes, and no “upload to process” step. That is both an architectural constraint (static hosting on Firebase) and the product promise we put on every page: your data never leaves your browser.

We are building toward dozens of single-purpose tool pages that each aim to rank for their own high-intent search query - the same model as classic formatter sites - while differentiating on Monaco-powered editors, consistent UX, and honest client-side processing.

Phase 1 ships the highest-demand tools (JSON, XML, HTML, SQL, YAML, Base64, JWT, CSV↔JSON/YAML). More validators, converters, and utilities follow without changing the privacy model.
